Refund Policy
At Lamiz Phones Trading FZ-LLC, customer satisfaction is a top priority. Our refund and return policies follow the guidelines of the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:
· Product must be unused and in its original packaging
· Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
· Return request must be approved by our support team
2. Non-Returnable Items
· Opened packaging or used items (unless defective)
· Clearance or final sale items
· Hygiene-sensitive products like earphones (unless sealed)
3. Refund Timeline
· Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days
4. Shipping for Returns
· If the item was defective or wrong, return shipping is free
· In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping
