We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

  • You will be contacted if there is any delay due to stock availability or verification issues

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days within the UAE

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, or unforeseen circumstances

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in future order restrictions

Lamiz is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unreachable contact numbers.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers may attempt delivery up to 2 times

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled or returned

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A missing item

  • The wrong product

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification.
We will resolve the issue as per our Return & Refund Policy.
